Support Ticket Inquiry - User Count Exceeded

Please review these steps when it appears you have exceeded your license user count:

  1. Use the -bkg flag when running as a service. Without it, it may take up its own user slot.
  2. Restart the system and try again to see if the problem persists. This helps ensure there are no stuck or unknown users consuming slots.
  3. If that does not work, break the investigation down step by step to identify what is using up the users.
  4. Use TCB(24) to report the number of users available from the PxPlus command line or a program.
  5. Launch the service and connect to verify whether 1 or 2 users are in use.
  6. Run the app and check whether a user is being counted.

Holiday Closure in May

We will be closed on Monday May 18th for Victoria Day.
