Happy New Year!
The PVX Plus team wishes everyone a wonderful 2025!
Please see below for our updates since our November 2024 Newsletter
As PVX Plus continues to develop our Support program, our goal is to create a structure so that customers feel confident that their support issues are being addressed at confirmed Service Levels.
CCP Clients and supported versions (three versions back) will continue to receive support with no additional fees.
Currently we are supporting Version 18 and above, which will be supported until the release of version 22, scheduled for May 2025. At that time, versions 19 to 22 will be supported.
For those customers using unsupported versions please see below:
· As of April 1st we will be billing $250 for any licence moves, permanent keys, unlocking keys and manual activations; this fee is applicable per incident
· As of this date unsupported licences will no longer receive technical support
· Due to required security enhancements, versions 10 and below are no longer supported by online activation. Please contact Support for the manual activation process.
- We’ve hosted our first user group for .NET Integration with 2 PxPlus community members providing valuable feedback
- Our second user group for JSON/XML was hosted this morning and included 3 PxPlus community members
- The third user group for Visual Studio Code will be hosted in February. Anyone who would like to provide feedback on the current VS Visual Studio Code extension and has recommendations for enhancements, is encouraged to contact Len Vassos.
- Do you have an idea for a new feature or enhancement? Please send your requests to: roadmap@pvxplus.com

For those of you who don’t know the Continuous Care Program, also known as CCP, is our maintenance program.
CCP allows you to keep your licence current, meaning you would always have access to all of our software updates and all major or minor releases of PVX Plus Software as well as support for all administrative and technical tickets.
You may ask “Why stay current?”
· Cost savings – it is less expensive than a 5 year technology upgrade cycle
· Enhanced security
· New Features and Enhancements
· Bug fixes
· Extended software life
· Cash Flow - Smaller annual operating cost vs larger capital cost upon license repurchase
· Contact sales@pvxplus.com to learn if the CCP program is right for you
