PxPlus is available for a number of operating systems. Generally we provide versions for the most popular, currently available, operating systems based on client feedback. As the number of operating systems and versions continue to swell, we must limit the number of systems we supply and the time frame for which we provide versions for these operating systems. While we strive to make sure we provide builds for each operating system our clients require, we neither guarantee the availability of a build for any operating system nor guarantee we will continue to provide builds for operating systems that we may have provided for in the past.
CCP Maintenance is not tied to support for a specific operating system. CCP Maintenance only covers the right of the user to have access to newer versions of the software on whatever ports we have made it available.
For example, if you were running PxPlus on Windows 11, paying maintenance for a Windows version of PxPlus neither guarantees that all future versions of PxPlus will run on Windows 11 nor does it guarantee that a client will not be required to upgrade his Windows 11 to a more recent version of Windows in order to run the most recent version of PxPlus.
CCP Maintenance only guarantees that the user will have access to the newest PxPlus versions on whatever platforms we supply.
As stated in the PVX Plus Technologies license agreement, PVX Plus Technologies is not liable for any cost related to the termination or failure to support specific operating systems.

IN NO EVENT WILL PVX PLUS OR ITS SUPPLIERS, OR RESELLERS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE, THE THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE, THE HARDWARE OR ANY RELATED SERVICES; ANY LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, GOODWILL OR DATA, OR DATA USE (INCLUDING AS A RESULT OF A VIRUS), BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, FAILURE TO REALIZE AN EXPECTED SAVING, CORRUPTION OF DATA, OR CLAIMS AGAINST PVX PLUS OR ITS SUPPLIERS BY ANY THIRD PARTY EVEN IF THE PARTIES ARE ADVISED OR MAY REAONSBLY SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES IN ADVANCE; OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY COMPONENT OR FUNCTION OF THE PVX PLUS SOFTWARE PRODUCTS AND/OR DOCUMENTATION EVEN IF PVX PLUS OR AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY. IN ADDITION, PVX PLUS AND ITS SUPPLIERS, OR RESELLERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY COMPONENT OR FUNCTION OF THE PVX PLUS SOFTWARE PRODUCTS AND/OR DOCUMENTATION WHETHER BASED UPON STRICT LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE, CONTRACT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
